Golden Girls of the 2012 Golden Globes
Hey queenies! I know its True Taste Tuesday but i just had to dish on my favourite looks from the 2012 Golden Globes. The ladies pulled it out! Don’t ask me who won any awards because I have no clue; I didn’t actually watch it this year although I hear Ricky Gervais was the host again. I don’t mind him he’s a funny chap, but my attention is always focused on the red carpet.
This year forerunners included Angelina Jolie in Versace who showed up with papa Pitt. Heidi Klum in a sexy neck breaking Calvin Klein gown. (that is the necks of every man and women in the room) Lea Michele, Emma Stone and Reese Witherspoon also fired and hit the mark in their own respective dresses. A noted theme were mermaid gowns, which is what I have my eye on for a wedding gown. Its so complimenting on so many figures no wonder it was a popular choice. Whose looks were your favourite??

First Looks From the Grammys
Call of the Wild
So far on the red carpet there have been a lot of dramatic ensembles. Nicki Minaj the queen of the wild went exactly in the direction we all know she would at an event as important as the Grammys. The hair reminds me of bride of Frankenstein, and the outfit sorta makes her look like a centaur/cheetah love child…epic fail.
WWE Champion
Ciara…looks like a body building pageant model. That or a super hero. Unfortunately this Emilio Pucci just isn’t doing it for me. Don’t know what connection the top half of the outfit has with the bottom half.
High Drama
Monica looks amazing in a high front, open back gown with a train. Her look is elegant, with her cropped hair and perfect make-up.
Rosario Dawson, Amber Riley, Kim Kardashian + More on the Carpet of the SAG Awards
At the 2011 Screen Actors Guild Awards, Rosario who typically leaves me feeling a wee bit disappointed on the red carpet, manages to pull out a pass with her citrus colored asymetrical hem dress. Her selections are typically ill fitting and unflatering but despite this dress being plain she looks good.
Kim Kardashian in Marchesa, looking lovely. Love when she plays down her makeup.
Mid Week Celebrity Style Round up: Jada, Katy, Camilla, Beyonce, Lauren + Beyonce
The Tony awards brought out some A list heavy weights, including Jada Pinkett Smith in a red hot Marchesa mini, I look at her and wonder how the hell is it possible to be that toned, I ENVY her sculpted body! Only on a figure like this does a fluffy dress not make you look like you’ve gained 5 pounds in a addition to the 5 the camera will add.
Katy Perry was tropical in a blue and pink palm tree skin TIGHT mini dress paired with Brain Atwood pumps at the Volkswagen’s New 2011 Compact Sedan World. She really likes to feel sucked in….
TOP 10: PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARDS 2010 RED CARPET EDITION
The People’s Choice awards were held at the Nokia Theatre on Wednesday, in Los Angeles California. Sandra Bullock and Taylor Swift cleaned up with Sandra winning both favorite movie actress for her portrayal of Leigh Anne Tuohy in the Blind Side and best comedy for her performance alongside actor Ryan Reynolds in The Proposal. Taylor won favorite female artist. Not bad. Taylor made the cut in a Jenny Packham dress, Neil Lane earrings and bracelet, Odette ring, Christian Louboutin shoes, Swarovski clutch and a Tory Burch trench.
