Star Studded Celebrity Style: Who Was The Fairest of Them All?
Wow another week has blazed by with lighting speed, and the fashion this week has moved just as fast as the days! Brandy, Nicki Minaj, Monica and Halle Berry to name a few stepped out in jacquard prints, rainbow colors and towering heels.
Monica has to be my favourite look of the week in a long military Jacket by Balmain and Prada leopard print pumps…so fly! My next choice would be Halle also in Balmain ‘Frankie and Alice’ in NYC.

MidWeek Celebrity Style Round Up
Jacquard print and printes of all sort made big waves as stars like Halle Berry, Taraji P. Henson and Model Selita Ebanks and Kanye lent a helping hand at the New Yorkers Children Christmas Wrap to Rap event in NYC on November 30th.
Favourite looks go to Ms. Halle B for me, she can wear pattern head to toe and not end up looking like a christmas gift herself!

Halle Covers The September Issue…First Woman of color since 1989??
Halle Berry continues to move mountains which her insatiable beauty and charisma poses for the most coveted and awe inspiring September issue of Vogue; the quintessential bible of fashion. Breaking barriers seems to be what Berry does best, as the first African American woman to pose on this very important issue of Vogue, the September issue hasn’t seen a woman of color since 1989, when the first woman; Naomi Campbell was the first to grace the cover.
Halle goes on to say this about being presented with what is essentially the opportunity of a life time:
“What that means for a woman of color and what that means in the fashion world, what that means to pop culture, there was no way I could say, ‘No, I’m not going to be on the biggest issue of the year.’”

DKMS’ 4th Annual Gala: Solange Knowles/Rachel Roy/Halle Berry/Eva Mendes/Estelle
Solange Knowles, Rachel Roy, Halle Berry, Eva Mendes and Estelle all walked the red carpet at the DKMS 4th Annual Gala in a wide array of looks. Sporting her natural locks, Solange Knowles was star spangled in a multi coloured star patterned halter dress and black pumps. Very cute, and I’m just loving the confidence she oozes no matter what hair style she has.
My favourite look of the evening was Rachel Roy’s, who looked stunning in a very figure flattering black twill cocktail dress from her spring 2010 collection. A designer who looks this good in her own clothes is the ultimate endorsement! Not only was the dress on point, but the shoes were flawless.

Halle Berry Wearing Vera Wang In Shanghai
Halle Berry makes an appearance on the red carpet at the Shanghai Bazaar Charity Gala 2010, last night in China in a stunning gown by Vera Wang. Time and time again she stays true to her style incorporating an edge while maintaining her femininity.
The detail on the shoulder would be overwhelming on most, but with her short cropped hair and minimal accessories it shines brightly without offending my preference for clean lines. Love it.

Halle/Leona/Alicia @ 2010 Silver Rose Gala & Auction
Halle Berry who sits as a chair on the board for Jenesse attended the Silver Rose Gala and Auction over the weekend wearing this ultra sexy but still very sophisticated Gucci asymmetrical neckline slashed dress in a silver which complimented the name of the event very nicely I might add. Honestly I think this will be my favourite dress of the week, my jaw is still on the floor.
What really steals the show about this dress is the gold collar neckline. She kept the look simple from head to toe just accenting the gold on her neck with a gold bangle on her wrist and matching Christian Louboutin pumps. The signature Halle hair puts this look over the top and with no doubt of finding its way to the best dressed weekly round up!
Leona Lewis continues to channel her edgier side in a black jumpsuit with shoulder pads Camilla and Marc top and Reiss harem pant with black open toe pumps, with the only color coming from her pink lips and nails. The look is simple a tad boring, not sure I’d be interested in this look at all if there weren’t shoulder pads. At the same time she could have belted it at the waist for a more polished look. Feeling indifferent about this look….
