Hope you all enjoyed your weekend, time waits for no one and neither does fashion! Diane Kruger was striking in crimson red YSL at the amfAR gala this week, she looked stunning with a simple up do. Jessica White stood tall in a navy mini dress for the BET Grey Goose Presents The Jill Scott Experience. Loving the grey peep toe and Alexander McQueen clutch. Lara Stone kept it simple in a slinky nude gown at the The 13th Annual White Tie & Tiara Ball. Simplicity never fails.
Adding a little sparkle and shine Nicole Szcherzinger wore a black and gold mini to celebrate her birthday in Las Vegas and Nicole Ari Parker stepped out in abstract pattern with husband Boris Kodjoe for an evening at the Guild Event to Celebrate the Opening of “Radcliffe Bailey at the international film festival. Smouldering starlet Eva Mendes stepped out in Thierry Mugler for the reveal of her new campaign Angel By Thierry Mugler.

Another week has come and gone, but fashion never sleeps. My eyes are wide open to the burst of citrus oranges and yellows on Miranda Kerr, Kelly Rowland in Twenty 8 Tweleve and Amber Stevens in her complimentary blue ruffled skirt and matching accessories. The day dress trumps triumphantly forward with Mila Kunis in Givenchy, Zoe Kravits in her LBD and Eva Mendes in a lavender colored Roland Mouret open back gown. Simply FAB!

Rosario Dawson in a long leopard print Burberry dress, Brian Atwood pumps and beige trench; this spring wardrobe staple, made an appearnce at 2011 Film Independent Spirit Awards styled like a parisian princess for one of the many Oscar related events this week.
Many ladies stepped out but few stepped up to the plate in anything worth mentionig. Favs for the week include, Rosario shown above, Nicole Ari Parker’s eye catching dress and Kerry Washington one of the usual fashion fore runners.
Met 2010 Costume Gala: Oprah/Gayle/Eva Mendes/ M.I.A./ Zoe Kravitz/Thandi Newton/Rachel Roy/Liyah Kebede
Oprah who co-hosted the Met’s 2010 Costume Gala this year along side Vogue’s Anna Wintour and Partick Robinson of Gap, really did look great in her navy blue Oscar de la Renta ruffle skirt gown, as she walked the red carpet with the designer himself. The curls of her hair coordinated very nicely with what was going on in her dress. The V-neck it a little deep for my tatse but it isn’t completely dreadful either…I’ll let it slide I have a bigger bone to pick in a minute.
DKMS’ 4th Annual Gala: Solange Knowles/Rachel Roy/Halle Berry/Eva Mendes/Estelle
Solange Knowles, Rachel Roy, Halle Berry, Eva Mendes and Estelle all walked the red carpet at the DKMS 4th Annual Gala in a wide array of looks. Sporting her natural locks, Solange Knowles was star spangled in a multi coloured star patterned halter dress and black pumps. Very cute, and I’m just loving the confidence she oozes no matter what hair style she has.
My favourite look of the evening was Rachel Roy’s, who looked stunning in a very figure flattering black twill cocktail dress from her spring 2010 collection. A designer who looks this good in her own clothes is the ultimate endorsement! Not only was the dress on point, but the shoes were flawless.
