RUNWAY: Jason Wu Fall 2011
Jason Wu presented a Fall collection fit for any queen; inspired by the baroque time period Wu puts together highly polished works of art. Most noted was lace as a finishing touch to almost every piece in the collection. Structured handbags, sequins, flowing gowns in bright indigo blue, neon greens and bright reds, with gold and silver accents and embellishments.
Another amazing collection….Love it.
DOPENESS: Isabel Marant Wedge Sneakers
Too dope for words this sneaker if perfect for the upcoming spring season. I’ve been trudging through snow and slush in UGG’s this color despite the high likely hood if staining them. They’re fine thank god…but some shoes this color for a season that doesn’t actually require me to hop skip and jump to work for fear of the dreaded salt stain seem like a far off dream.
Made from suede, leather and canvas, Kanye seems to have left a long lasting effect on the world.
**—Isabel Marant you electrified my heart ♥

Retro Super Future Specs
Retro. Funky. Fresh. Everything that these specs are, and everything that my nose needs to push this year. Came across these Retro Super Future Specs on Vogue India, and fell in love with the brand. These specs in particular remind me of my favourite photography teacher from high school. He was ahead of the curve when it comes to style, clearly he was doing more on his coffee breaks than grading papers.
I’m thinking of switching up my spec game too, and have my eye on this sort of style its been around forever and last face it will probably be for a very long time.

Lanvin x H&M Coming Soon
Lanvin being one of my many favourite high fashion designer houses, has made the dreams of myself and many others become a reality. On November 23, 2010 the power house will join forces with a fashionista style staple; H&M to collaborate on a designer line that will carry both women’s and menswear filled luxury at an affordable…not cheap…affordable price.

Boxing Kitten Resort 2010 Launch Presentation + Estelle in Boxing Kitten
Late last month I was very excited when I shared the news of Boxing Kitten’s soon coming spring 2010 lookbook. Thankfully I was dropped a tip by Emily that the release party was actually last night on the Soho roof top at Etnie’s Showroom in NYC and it was for the Resort 2010 collection. Maya A. Lake the divine mind behind the label poses with models above all dressed in clothes from her label.
The line has the same African flare I’ve come to know love about the label. I’d like to get my hands on a few pieces, including that purple jumpsuit. There’s so many events going on in the city, and now that I’m back and actually living an active social life…(one which I’ve been deprived of for several months) I’ll have more reasons to dress up and post outfit pics!
I’ll have the lookbook for the collection to share with you sometime next week so make sure to check back for that see exactly what Boxing Kitten has in store this season, but from the looks above I’m sure I’ll be in love.

Giorgio Armani Designs Custom Pieces For Alicia Key’s “Element Of Freedom” Tour
Alicia Keys will sparkle on her tour in a custom wardrobe designed by Giorgio Armani. Giorgio Armani has designed several of the outfits that Lady Gaga has worn to her shows in the past; these looks will be worn by Alicia on the European leg of her tour for “The Element of Freedom”.
My favourite is the first outfit above a white crocodile military jacket covered in Swarovski crystals. Can’t wait to see Alicia in each look!
