Cannes Film Festival: Zoe Saldana in Armani Prive
My it girl strikes again! Zoe is ravishing in her red and white Armani Prive gown at the 64th Annual Cannes Film Festival ”The Tree Of Life” Premiere. Striking all the right cords her gown featured a bubble waist that cascades to the floor in peppermint candy sort of way.
With her hair straightened by her side and minimal make up, her gold bow bracelet was the only other necessary jewelry. I would have preferred to see her in sandals but I won’t take away points for this minor discretion.

Keri Hilson, Amber Rose, Kelly Rowland, Melody Thorton + More @ the The Maxim Hot 100 Party
Keri Hilson and Amber Rose were all smiles at thr The Maxim Hot 100 Party yesterday at Eden in Hollywood California. Keri opted for an olive green cut out mini dress, while Amber with a fresh coat of platnium blonde went for a sexy nerd look in Rayban’s and a black and beige bandage dress.
Also at the event was Kelly Rowland, model rosie Huntington Whiteley and Melody Thorton.
Cannes Film Festival Day 1
Jaw dropping is the first word that comes to mind when I saw Rachel McAdams draped in her red, chiffon Marchesa gown on the first day of the 64th Cannes Film Festival at Palais des Festivals. Red Carpet Fashion Awards said it perfectly, the pumps definitely kill the power of this dress, sandals would also be my preference to really set this look off 100%. Go hard girl..!
Most likely a custom design Fan Bing Bing an Asian actress blew me away in this white bird covered gown. The white feathered birds were complimented by an extravagant pearl covered clutch and matching red cocktail ring.
Paula Patton in Vivenne Westwood at the 137th Kentucky Derby
Kentucky Derby’s bring out the southern bell in just about everyone, as celebrites including the striking Paula Patton who rocked her Vivienne Westwood LWD to the nines with her very large attention grabbing sun hat. Love the dress, not a fan of the hats although I understand the history.
I see where the church sisters get their style.. Also at the event, Salt n Peppa, Chili, Jordan Sparks and Aubry O’day.

The 2011 MET Gala always brings out the creative tiger in stylist and celebrities alike, this year there was no shortage of bewildering looks, and foolish fumbles from celebrities, models, designers and actresses alike. Christina Ricci, Keri Hilson, Liv Tyler, Ginnifer Goodwin, Rihanna, Beyonce and Jay – Z, Miranda Kerr, Sarah Jessica Parker, Blake Lively and Anna Wintour just to name a few.
Dedicated to the late great Alexander McQueen, Sarah Burton who represent the famous Alexander McQueen house set the tone of the evenings events, and might I say almost everyone followed suit.
Christina Ricci was definitely in the Alexander vibe in her Zac Posen webbed dress. 2 thumbs way up for her selection, more that appropriate for the Alexander theme, and eerily beautiful; her gown looks like it was spun right on her.
Keri Hilson in Versace was gorgeous, the perfect neutral set off her skin tone beautifully, on point and not at all over done.
Liv Tyler in Givenchy Couture was radient in her feathered frock, the color was a pleasantly unexpected wash of yellow at the hem which she tied in nicely with her matching yellow Givenchy clutch.
Ever since Ginnifer cut her hair which I know was a while ago I’ve been irreversibly in love with her style. Don’t be fooled by her soft unsuspecting face, Ginnifer has major style and popped right off the red carpet in an irresistible emerald green Topshop gown.
