Kim Kardashian in Toronto Today!
Kim K in Toronto? That’s right! Kim Kardashian will be at The Bay Queen street location today between 4:30-5:30 promoting her new jewelry line Belle Noel which you can pick up on site today at The Bay or online at retailers such as Shopbop.com. Any purchases made today at The Bay ringing in at $50 or more will grant you access to the fashion maven herself for an autograph and photog opportunity! I won’t personally be able to make it down there but would love to hear from anyone who is planning on going or picking up any of her pieces.
Think these pieces are worth $50 to see Kim face to face? Here’s a couple more of my favs after the jump!
RIP Whitney Houston
Whitney Houston, a veteran to the R&B arena has sadly passed away. Her sudden death comes as a shock to many including myself. Whitney was on what seemed to be the right road. It’s Black History month and as my first feature to commemorate the occasion it goes without saying the contribution this woman has made. Talented and beautiful she was every bit a true queen.

Get the Look: Rihanna Knee Deep in Orange
J Crew draped top, $105
Gianmarco Lorenzi platform high heels, £744
Ray-Ban wayfarer shades
Rihanna’s a bombshell! I love it! Especially because she kept some darkness around the roots, it’s almost like an admission to the fact this is not suppose to be perceived as her actually hair color, just a girl trying to have fun with a little experimentation. What I do love how ever is this look; over the knee boots, paired down from street walker status to approachable sex kitten. A cool orange sweater and cut off jeans complete the look.
How do you feel about this look or Ri’s hair? Royal or spoiled??

February 2012 Mag Covers
It’s the start of a new month; February the month of love. Full of champagne, chocolate and couture; short and sweet and too the point, that’s what February is. My Birthday is actually on Valentine’s Day so February is always twice as sweet for me! I’ve already made plans for that weekend, but of course I’m going to double my pleasure and make other arrangements as well. I’ll be sure to post pics…promise!
Take a look at the latest fashion mag covers for this month, ranging from Chanel Iman, Coco Rocha, Gwyneth Paltrow and Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift (don’t hate till you see her) and more

Sporty Chic: Rihanna in Alexander Wang Sandals
Even though the weather maybe better suited to boots, and UGG’s I’m fantasizing of bearing my toes in something like these Alexander Wang Chloe sandals Rihanna is wearing. The way she’s paired them is genius by the way; the shorts and Tee let the focus fall solely on the heels.
I wouldn’t be able to pull that look off but the shoes I could definitely work with. On Net-a-Porter for $525 these are clearly just a dream. Even if I could deciding which one to take home would be near impossible; I love all 3 color options I truly can’t pick a favorite!

Golden Girls of the 2012 Golden Globes
Hey queenies! I know its True Taste Tuesday but i just had to dish on my favourite looks from the 2012 Golden Globes. The ladies pulled it out! Don’t ask me who won any awards because I have no clue; I didn’t actually watch it this year although I hear Ricky Gervais was the host again. I don’t mind him he’s a funny chap, but my attention is always focused on the red carpet.
This year forerunners included Angelina Jolie in Versace who showed up with papa Pitt. Heidi Klum in a sexy neck breaking Calvin Klein gown. (that is the necks of every man and women in the room) Lea Michele, Emma Stone and Reese Witherspoon also fired and hit the mark in their own respective dresses. A noted theme were mermaid gowns, which is what I have my eye on for a wedding gown. Its so complimenting on so many figures no wonder it was a popular choice. Whose looks were your favourite??
