Chrishell Stubs shows us how to color block with our make up in Arise Magazine #12.  Shot by Willem Jaspert’s “Block Party” features Chrishell batting brightly lit lashes, brows, lips and eyes.  All beautifully styled by make up artist Mel Arter and hair elegantly styled to the nines by Carl Campbell and Nuno Domingues.
