LG Toronto Fashion Week kicked off this week, Joe Fresh presented his fall 2011 collection.  The looks were everything I would expect from Joe Fresh; they were fresh, simple pieces put together in neutrals combined with pops of color.  Although each look is a throw back to past styles metallics, and sequins were utilized quite a bit to offset the simplicity with a certain charm that keeps each look exciting an new.

“We try not to give too much away before the show, but there is a strong focus on classic sportswear with a ’60s spirit and ’70s-inspired polish. Fall 2011 will be a season of contrasts with lots of different shapes, mixed textures and fabrications,” – Joseph Mimran Creative Director
