Now I’m happy!  Rachel Roy glowing as she usually does, I swear she just seems to have a halo glowing above her head at all times.  She actually happens to be another on my long list of favourite designers, I like so many its shameful really.  Any way, she attended the “Babies” New York Premiere in none other than of course Rachel Roy Collection.

Starting with the jacket which is from her spring 2010 collection, which isn’t available for purchase yet, she wears a vivid purple matte crepe blouse jacket.  I love this jacket not only is the color bright and fresh, the look is so simple it hardly has the ability to offend.

The skirt, which has a basket weave texture to it from her Resort 2010 collection, hits her right above the knee, which I’m not surprised about she tends to keep her looks current but modest.  The combination of these too colors is fun and inspiring but she keeps it from looking like ice cream by introducing tan sandals and a classic Chanel quilted handbag in the same color.  Is there anyone in Hollywood who doesn’t have that bag?
