The only thing that stands out in Beyonce's outfit would be her Chanel stomper boots. Plus, I don't mind an exposed shoulder and short shorts are fine, but in combination, it looks sloppy on her. Solange, on the other hand, looks chic. The skirt is cute, plus I've been sweeting on those Alexander Wang sunglasses for a while now. My vote would have to be for Solange.
