Rihanna was hot on the European leg of her last girl on earth tour, stopping in Holland this weekend at The Gelredome In Arnhem to perform.  No pants is obviously still the business as she performed in a glittery body suit with the infamous mickey mouse helmet and show stopping black laser led light gown.  Everyone seems to be on this glow in the dark tip, have you seen Ke$has performance on SNL?
