Beyonce, Beyonce, Beyonce. It’s all about Beyonce lately and for her second Fragrance launch at Macy’s in  New York on February 3, she chose to cool it down just a little bit with by wearing a Navy blue Rafael Cennamo belted dress.

This is another classic Beyonce silhouette, she doesn’t gravitate too far away from her favourites, if it’s not broken don’t try and fix it.  So I can’t complain one bit.  She paired the dress with patent leather red pumps to keep that fire burning.  A Lucky Fan by the name of Michael Weiss got to snag a kiss from Beyonce before the night was over.  Aww Lucky guy.
