Katy Perry hosts and performs at Haze Night Club in Las Vegas Nevada on January 23.  She wore a shimmery silver dress, with a low neck line and matching pumps.  Looks like Vegas to me! She lets loose and makes silly faces with Gabe Saporta inside the club.  Check the other pics under the top.
