Keke Plamer looks gorgeous at the 3rd annual Variety Power of Youth event at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles, California on December 5, 2009.  She looks very grown in this outfit, she is only 16, beautiful none the less. (Not to say that there aren’t other Disney stars wearing much less…)  She smiles and poses with Monique Coleman.

Awww so cute, Corbin Bleu and Monique look adorable, I know they aren’t an item but would make a cute one!  Naturi Naughton was also there.
